Horse Riding Holiday Dates and Prices 2025

Solo Travellers 5 & 8 Day Holidays

Solo travellers will be allocated a single use bedroom to themselves and a single room supplement will be charged.

Shared Bookings 5 & 8 Day Holidays

Two guests travelling together will be allocated a shared twin bedroom. For three or more guests on a booking, shared twin and triple rooms will be allocated. All triple rooms have a balcony and sea view and the balcony upgrade for a triple use room will not be applied. A supplement can be paid by guests to guarantee single use bedrooms if preferred.

Balconies and Sea View 5 & 8 Day Holidays

Bedrooms in the Hotel Adiafa are allocated that do not have a balcony and sea view. There is a supplement that can be paid to upgrade bedrooms to one with a balcony and sea view. The balconies are west facing and catch the setting sun and are ideal for relaxing on after horse riding.

Flight Information

Flights to Malaga Airport.

Flights are available from most UK airports to Malaga airport and transfers are included for our horse riding holidays. On arrival collection is no later than 14:30 and is usually earlier depending on the arrival time of all our guests. For departure the return to Malaga airport arrives at the airport around 10:00.

Flights to Jerez, Gibraltar, and Seville Airports.

Flights are available from various UK airports. Transfers from Jerez, Gibraltar, and Seville airports are not included.

Included on our 5 and 8 day holidays:

• Twin room without balcony and sea view at the Hotel Adiafa.
• Lunches with soft drinks on riding days for riders.
• Dinners except on the free day on eight day horse riding holiday.
• Spanish speaking English guide.
• Horse and tack with groom service.
• Five full day rides for riders on our eight day riding holiday.
• Three full day rides for riders on five day horse riding holiday.
• Transfers to and from the horses each riding day.
• Transfers from and to Malaga airport.

Included on our 15 day help and ride holiday:

• Prices per person
• No extra supplements
• Single use room in a shared self-catering sea front apartment.
• Lunches including soft drinks on days that are full trail rides.
• Spanish speaking English hosts and guide.
• Two 1.5 hour exercise rides on most riding days.
• At least one full day ride on the beach.
• Transfers to and from the horses each day.
• Transfers from and to Malaga airport.

Supplements on our 5 and 8 day holidays:

• Upgrade available to a twin room with balcony and sea view at the hotel Adiafa.
• Guaranteed single use rooms on payment of the supplement.
• Breakfast at the Hotel Adiafa can be included on payment of the supplement.
• Optional excursion to the royal riding school at Jerez.

Prices exclude:

• Buffet Breakfasts at the Hotel Adiafa. From 2023 breakfasts can be paid for locally or by a supplement.
• Lunches on arrival, departure, and non-riding days.
• Lunches for non riders.
• Dinner on free day.
• Drinks with evening meals.
• Food and drink not organised by Fantasia Adventure Holidays.
• Airport transfers outside of our normal collection time at Malaga.
• Flights and Travel insurance.

General conditions:

• The sterling price will apply if payment is made from a UK account.
• The euro price will apply if payment is made from a non-UK account.
• There is no surcharge if payment is made by credit or debit card.

Deposit & Balance Due:

• A deposit of £125 / 150 euros is required to secure the booking.
• The full balance will be due eight weeks before departure date.
• If the booking is made less than eight weeks before departure full payment is required.

1. Check availability for the horse riding holiday by email at info@fantasiaadventureholidays.com.

2. When availability for the horse riding holiday has been confirmed check out and book flights.

3. Organise suitable travel insurance.

4. Make a provisional booking by completing our horse riding booking form online by clicking here.

5. Payment of the deposit of £125 / 150 euros for your horse riding holiday can be made by telephone with a debit or credit card. Payments can also be made by bank transfer.

6. You will receive confirmation of your horse riding holiday booking, a receipt for your payment and an invoice for the balance if required.

7. The balance of the total cost of your horse riding holiday will be due eight weeks before the departure date of the holiday. If the horse riding holiday booking is made within eight weeks of departure date, the total cost of the holiday is required.

8. When full payment has been received you will be sent a receipt, confirmation of transfers and an information pack for your horse riding holiday.

Airport Transfers

Week-long horse riding holidays run Sunday to Sunday, short break horse riding holidays run Wednesday to Sunday. Collection from Malaga airport is no later than 14:30 but could be earlier depending on all guests flight times. Your flight should arrive in good time to clear customs for the pick-up time. Drop off at Malaga airport is at 10:00, your return flight should depart no earlier than 12:00.

Car Hire

Car hire is available from Malaga, Gibraltar, Jerez, and Seville airports at very reasonable rates. There are various car hire companies operating from these airports and car hire can easily be booked online.

Travel Insurance for your Trip

We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when riding with us. Therefore, one of our terms and conditions of booking is that you have adequate travel insurance in place for your horse riding holiday before you travel. Cover must include emergency medical expenses, personal accident, repatriation, baggage, personal liability, and cancellation cover. Your insurance should be taken out at the time of booking as cover will commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. Therefore, you will be covered if you are unable to travel due to illness, etc.
